Our ultrasonic cable welding machines enable fast, precise, and reliable connections of copper, aluminum, and high-voltage cables. The solder-free welding process operates with low thermal stress and short cycle times, making it particularly suitable for industrial series production.
Whether wire-to-wire, wire-to-terminal, or busbar connections, our systems offer high process reliability and reproducible welding quality. Applications such as FPC welding and the joining of dissimilar conductor materials can also be implemented with the appropriate system configuration.
