KSS Ultrasonic Cable Welding Machine
The KSS medium-power wire harness welding machine is suitable for series welding of medium cross-section wire harnesses and terminals. It covers numerous connection combinations including copper conductors, aluminum conductors, braided conductors, copper/aluminum terminals, and busbar tabs. Automatic cable feeding systems and robot-assisted terminal feeding systems can optionally be integrated for semi-automatic or fully automatic production.

Welding of copper and aluminum conductors with copper/aluminum terminals; welding of braided conductors with copper terminals; busbar tab welding (copper conductors 16–70 mm²)
