KSK Ultrasonic Cable Welding Machine
Category Ultrasonic Cable Welding Machine
The KSK low-power wire harness welding machine was developed for precise connections of small conductor cross-sections with terminals. It is suitable for welding common terminal types, including copper and aluminum conductors. The KSK series offers high stability and parameter output accuracy in the low-power range. Optional chain terminal feeding systems or robot-assisted automatic terminal feeding are available, enabling a step-by-step upgrade from manual to fully automatic production.
Application Range
Welding of small copper and aluminum conductors with various standard terminals (copper conductors ≤ 25 mm²)
Product Advantages
- Fully digital system: high parameter accuracy in the low-power range and good welding consistency, suitable for common terminal types
- Supports copper and aluminum conductor welding and is compatible with all common terminal types
- Bilateral feeding from front and rear for different workstation layouts
- Optional chain terminal feeding system or robot-assisted automatic terminal feeding; flexible expansion of automation level
- Manual or fully automatic operation; suitable for frequent changeovers in small batch production
